Bill Schulz, MCM, Senior Culinary Search Associate

Bill SchultzWe are pleased to announcement that Bill Schulz has formally joined the firm as a Senior Culinary Search Associate.  Bill brings a wealth of Club Management and in particular Food and Beverage expertise to the firm. Bill began his career as an Executive Chef prior to Club Management. In addition, Bill will be providing F&B Consulting to Clubs with his Food & Beverage Review. He will also continue his role as Senior Partner & Principal with the Master Club Advisors.

Bill’s storied club management career includes being the General Manager/COO of Houston Country Club for the past two decades prior to retiring at the beginning of the year.  Bill’s contributions to the club management profession are unparalleled including modeling numerous programs currently adopted by CMAA. He served as the Association’s National President in 1994 and is one of eighteen Master Club Manager’s (MCM) worldwide. At Houston Country Club he managed one of the of nation’s most formidable club F&B programs working in concert with a certified master chef.

Since day one, Bill’s has been immersed in all elements of recent chef searches complementing our unique approach to a growing list of satisfied club clients.  Additionally Bill is responsible for new business development, innovation and business alliances with products that will benefit future club operations.  You will learn more about some of our initiatives in coming months.  Additionally, Bill accepted the role as Editor of our continuing “Chefs at Work” series which always receives great praise. Join me in welcoming Bill as his culinary knowledge and management expertise will be of great value to the industry at large.
