EXECUTIVE CHEF OPPORTUNITY

The club is a unique business model of outlets in a city club type setting where food and beverage are the most critical amenities of the overall club community. The Executive Chef will provide the members and their guests an exceptional experience by delivering a high-quality product on a consistent basis.
The position requires a strong, technically diverse and charismatic Culinary Leader with a history of advancing operational standards and menu programing as a result of highly engaged teams. This individual is personable and is a well-organized leader who is committed to being the best in their field. The Executive Chef is hands-on and cooks or directly supervises the cooking of items that require skillful preparation. He/she will evaluate food products to assure that quality standards are consistently achieved.

- Financially savvy while creative implementing revenue producing program meeting the pleasure of membership.
The Executive Chef runs the kitchen as he/she selects, administers, and develops all employees under his/her supervision consistent with Club philosophy and standards. The Executive Chef evaluates job performance of culinary staff; coaches and counsels to insure staff is on right track and rewards and disciplines staff in a fair and appropriate manner.
