Bent Creek Dining:
The array of fine cuisine at Bent Creek spans everything from casual lunches to elegant dinners to Sunday morning brunch. Presentation is always refreshingly impeccable, with an accent on the finest local ingredients. The club features five (5) restaurant outlets including the Mixed Grille Room (Club Casual Dining Room) serving lunch and dinner; the seasonal Pool Snack Bar and Creek Café at the turn. The Club is also known as a premier Event & Wedding Venue with 7,000 sq. feet of banquet space that can seat up to 300 guests for dinner or has spacing for larger stand-up receptions. Annual food sales are $1.3M with a desired cost of goods at 35%. (Sales are a 51-49 mix of banquet and ala carte) The Club operates out of three (3) kitchens and supports a kitchen staff of 21 with a budget is $365,000.
Key Goals & Expectations:
The candidate we are seeking is responsible for all food production and providing a consistent product in all outlets. Develops menus; food purchase specifications (uses local products when available) and standardizes recipes. Supervises food kitchen staff and develops and monitors the food and labor budget and takes corrective action as necessary to help ensure that financial goals are met. Maintains the highest professional food quality and sanitation standards.
- Focuses on food quality and presentation providing menu diversity and value to a discriminating and well-traveled membership.
- Executive Chef hires, supervises and trains and the kitchen staff to creating a dynamic culinary team.
- Works closely with Operations Managers, Director of Catering and Banquet Manager planning special menus for parties and Club events.
- Is an important part in management team and communicates a compelling vision for the culinary operation.
- Provides members with Club favorite menu items and offers creative and fresh choices and products.
- Interacts and is visible to membership.

The compensation package includes a respectful base salary plus excellent benefits including medical insurance program according to club policy; 401k program with employer match contribution; vacation; and professional development.
