The position provides supervision of bakeshop operations through team member coaching, directing production plans to meet service deadlines, and effective communication with the bakeshop team and management from Banquets, Stewarding, Restaurants, and hotel Chefs. Contributes to menu development when necessary to evolve the bakeshop offerings and enhance guest experiences.
