When we were in the process of opening our new clubhouse, I knew we couldn’t miss on hiring the best chef we could find to establish a positive first impression and ultimately an excellent reputation. I had never really used a placement firm in my previous experience, but let’s face it, as managers we are only really right 2/3 of the time at best when hiring people.
