Nestled in the hills of a 1,400-home gated community. The Club has two championship golf courses located five miles apart and two Clubhouses.   Golf courses are remarkable as are both Clubhouses operate throughout the year and a quality dining experiences is important to membership

Position Specific: The Greystone Golf & Country Club has an opening for an Executive Sous Chef. This Chef is responsible for exhibiting culinary talents while leading the team and managing all food related functions. The Sous Chef will assist to enhance members, guests, and associate satisfaction. The Chef will supervise all kitchen areas to ensure consistent, high-quality products are created and guide and develop members of the culinary brigade. The Chef must ensure sanitation and food standards are achieved.

Main responsivities are to oversee the primary restaurant, Cellar 91, in a hands-on manner. Leading the training the team to a high standard of preparation and execution. Having a natural desire to interact with members and guests and communicate with employees in a professional manner is highly important. Menu development, ordering, inventory, standardizing recipes, costing and full range of cooking skills are necessary for the position.

A compensation package that will include a respectful base salary. Excellent benefits including medical & dental insurance, 401K, vacation, ACF membership dues & conference.
